Frequently Asked Questions
Welcome to Bayshore Medical Group!
Congratulations! You made a great decision to improve your health and wellness through rehabilitative and
restorative medicine. Our goal is to guide you through your treatment process with the intention of improving your quality of life with the highest level of skill, care, and compassion.
You’ve taken the bold first step on your journey of healing. By setting up your free initial consultation, we can design a customized care plan for you, and we will be with you every step of the way.
We understand the concept of our top-level care, regenerative medicine, and our clinics may be new for you. To gain a better understanding — we practice “Concierge Medicine.” From the moment you walk through our doors, you are greeted with a warm, friendly welcome, including an offer of a beverage or snack to make you feel relaxed and at home. You will instantly notice our clean, modern space that combines efficiency for services in a spa-like atmosphere.
You will receive a thorough exam focused on areas of concern by a compassionate and highly skilled provider. Our experts in regenerative medicine will then determine your candidacy for our protocols and customize a treatment plan specifically to meet your needs. The recommended therapies are designed to help you reach your goals for pain-free living.
Unique to Bayshore Medical Group, one of our caring Patient Advocates will walk you through your customized treatment protocols to ensure:
-you are informed of the type of treatment you will receive
-you understand post-treatment instructions for successful results
-we answer any questions you have regarding frequency of care
-we cover financial breakdown and payment options
Our clinics are operated in a concierge style, which gives you the quality care you deserve. You receive cutting-edge treatments from expert practitioners. You are never rushed through appointments. We take our responsibility to you very seriously. We schedule consultations far enough apart so that we can dedicate significant time to getting to the root cause of your concerns. You are not a number here; you will be heard.
Why Wait?
When you are ready, you can begin care the same day. The sooner we can begin to address your musculoskeletal, aesthetic, hair restoration, or hydration/nutrition concerns, the faster we can get you back to you feeling more like YOU again! Our medical assistants and providers are highly skilled in making sure these natural biologic treatments are targeted directly to the affected areas of concern.
The beauty of our procedures, unlike orthopedic intervention, is that there is no downtime after our treatments are performed. You will be able to drive yourself to and from appointments and return to work or your daily routine right after treatment. Our aesthetic and hair restoration services also boast the same minimal downtimes due to the fact that these procedures harness and direct your body's healing properties.
How long is the typical first meeting?
You can expect a 30- to 45-minute initial consultation and exam. Our Medical staff prides itself on providing you with a through examination and does not cut any corners when it comes to your health.
Will there be imaging done that day?
Imaging will be recommended at the discretion of the Bayshore Medical Group practitioner. It is recommended that patients bring in any prior imaging or image reports, as this can greatly help, along with our thorough orthopedic exam and patient health history, to determine candidacy of care. For your convenience and to provide you with the extremely thorough level of care that you deserve, Bayshore Medical Group has an on-site digital imaging department.
What if I cannot make it to my scheduled appointment?
We understand things come up. Just give us a quick courtesy call, and we are happy to reschedule your free consultation. Or, one of our Patient Advocates will reach out to see if you have any questions and happily reschedule.
Do you accept my insurance?
Insurance coverages vary between companies and by service. We are happy to inquire about your coverages.
